St. Louis Small Business Monthly Selects David S. Kim to Top 100 List

Kim was selected by a group of St. Louis business and community leaders based on his contributions to the local business community. He is trusted by numerous companies and their legal teams to protect their intellectual property rights and navigate complex legal issues.

Leveraging his deep experience in intellectual property and technology law, Kim advises clients across various industries on litigation and business matters, with a focus on obtaining patents for technology, manufacturing and consumer goods companies. A former patent examiner, he offers a unique perspective to strategically direct prosecution to cover competitor products, develop licensing opportunities and strengthen enforceability.
