Roy Goldberg Reviews Infrastructure Funding Priorities in the Transportation Industry for Law360
Partner Roy Goldberg provided insight to Law360 regarding infrastructure funding developments in 2021. The article, Transportation Policy Developments to Watch: Midyear Report, examined the industry's top priorities for the latter half of the year.
Roy shared that uncertainties regarding infrastructure legislation could potentially present a serious missed opportunity. He advised that, "the need for up-to-date airports and technology is the responsibility of all citizens, and it would be a shame if the opportunity to rebuild airports and provide good high-paying construction and development jobs was lost to political infighting and the elements in Congress who somehow think that doing nothing while blocking the party in power is doing something."
Roy is a trial, appellate and regulatory attorney and transportation lawyer who represents corporations, partnerships, airlines, airports, trade associations, aircraft owners, airport vendors, developers and other aviation and transportation entities on a wide range of commercial and regulatory litigation matters. Additionally, he provides advice and counseling to airlines, airports and other aviation industry entities.
