Home Exchange Bank, based in Jamesport, Missouri, recently closed on its sale to Bethany Bankshares, Inc. and BTC Bank, based in Bethany, Missouri.

Home Exchange Bank was founded in 1925 and has reliably served the Missouri communities of Jamesport, Gilman City, and Oregon through its full range of banking services. Founded in 1919, BTC Bank is an agriculturally-focused community bank committed to helping individuals, families, businesses and farmers thrive in their communities. The combined institution has approximately $860 million in total assets.
