Heather Zerger Recognized in the Wichita Business Journal's Women Who Lead Series

Partner Heather Zerger was recently recognized in the legal category of the Wichita Business Journal's Women Who Lead series.

The business journal recognized women who serve as mentors for others and regularly offer guidance and support to their colleagues, contributing to the success of those around them. In her recent profile, Heather discussed her career, importance of mentorship, mentors of her own and advice for young women who want to be a part of the legal industry.

"Speak up," said Heather. "Your voice has value. Just because you may have less experience doesn't mean your ideas and impressions are not valid."

Heather has experience litigating a wide variety of legal disputes for her clients. This includes defending manufacturers against product liability claims, aircraft manufacturers against supplier claims, property owners in real estate disputes, and businesses and financial institutions in contract disputes. Heather endeavors to listen carefully to her clients' needs and find the most practical solutions to their problems.
