Davenport and Foote Selected to Environmental Law "POWER List" for Fourth Consecutive Year

Stinson LLP Partners Aimee Guzman Davenport and Kyle Foote have been recognized on the Missouri Lawyers Media 2025 "POWER List" for environmental and energy law. This marks the fourth time that Davenport and Foote have been recognized among the top environmental lawyers in the state, and they are two of 30 attorneys recognized in 2025.

Davenport and Foote’s recognition reflects their strong reputations for guiding clients through complex environmental and natural resources matters with clarity and strategic vision.

Davenport serves as co-chair of Stinson’s Environmental & Natural Resources practice group, where she helps clients resolve complex clean water, drinking water, water rights, and National Environmental Policy Act issues. She regularly works with state and federal resource agencies inside and outside of litigation, representing public utilities, groundwater management districts industrial manufacturers, and a large critical metals company. Clients value Davenport for her practical guidance, thoughtful problem-solving, and ability to translate complex regulations into actionable strategies that protect their interests and promote sustainable outcomes.

Foote, also a co-chair of Stinson’s Environmental & Natural Resources practice group, combines deep experience in state and federal environmental law with practical knowledge of regulatory compliance, government programs, and enforcement strategies to guide clients through complex environmental challenges. He advises on contaminated properties, facility operations, and business and real estate ventures, helping companies manage risk and maintain compliance. Foote works with a wide range of clients, including industrial facilities, data centers, and renewable energy projects such as wind, solar, and battery storage, providing actionable solutions that balance regulatory requirements with business goals.
