Alton Bancshares Acquires Table Rock Community Bank; Stinson Serves as Legal Counsel

Alton Bancshares, Inc., recently completed its acquisition of Table Rock Community Bank, headquartered in Kimberling City, Missouri. Stinson served as legal counsel to Alton Bancshares, Inc.

Alton Bancshares also owns First Community Bank of the Ozarks, a $144 million asset bank headquartered in Branson, Missouri with offices in Branson, Forsyth and Hollister, Missouri, and Alton Bank, a $106 million asset bank with offices in Alton and Birch Tree. Table Rock Community Bank is a $150 million asset bank headquartered in Kimberling City, Missouri with two branch offices in Kimberling City and Branson West, and a loan production office in Crane, Missouri. Together, Alton Bank, First Community Bank and Table Rock Community Bank have assets of $400 million.
