Stinson Serves as Lead Counsel in Heartland Coca-Cola Land Acquisition for Development Project

A team of Stinson LLP attorneys led by Partner Karl Phares represented Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company in its purchase of 15o acres of land in Olathe, Kansas.

Heartland Coca-Cola intends to build a state-of-the-art, 600,000-square-foot production facility, which will accelerate company operations and expand their production capabilities. The new facility will include four production lines, a warehouse, office, testing area and pallet yard. Construction is anticipated to begin in April 2023.

"We appreciate Stinson's partnership in helping us reach this major milestone in our project, which is a generational investment by the Bridgeman family to secure Heartland's future as a leading producer of Coca-Cola beverages in the Midwest," Heartland's Vice President of Operations Shellie Clausen said.
