Stinson LLP recently represented First State Holding Co., the holding company for First State Bank Nebraska, in the acquisition of Schneider Bancorp., Inc. and its subsidiary, Plattsmouth State Bank, located in Plattsmouth, Nebraska. The transaction, announced on Wednesday, January 21, 2020, is subject to regulatory approval and expected to be completed later this year.
