Stinson Represents Gemini Bancshares in Issuing $9.5 Million in Subordinated Debt

Monument, Colorado-based Gemini Bancshares, Inc., the holding company of Integrity Bank & Trust and Integrity Trust Company, LLC, announced it has issued $9.5 million in 10-year fixed-to-floating rate subordinated notes on December 18. Gemini stated it intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate and insurance purposes, as well as supporting ongoing growth and planning for future strategic opportunities.
