Minnesota Lawyer Recognizes Quinlivan on POWER 30: M&A List

Stinson LLP Partner Steve Quinlivan has been named to the Minnesota Lawyer POWER 30: Mergers & Acquisition 2023 list.

The mergers & acquisition edition of the POWER 30 highlights attorneys throughout Minnesota who lead and influence the state's legal community and those who have handled significant cases and transactions influencing the direction of the law.

Quinlivan has a strong reputation in mergers and acquisitions and frequently handles multimillion-dollar deals for clients in a variety of industries. "It's an incredible sense of responsibility," Quinlivan said. "We do our best to meet client's expectations."

Of the many large deals he's handled, Quinlivan's most recent one includes the acquisition of a global developer and technology solutions manufacturer. The acquisition will expand existing product offering in the semiconductor and electronics industries.  

Quinlivan represents clients across the state in mergers and acquisitions, securities regulation and offerings, ESOPs, REITs, international transactions and financing matters. He assists clients on SEC reporting matters, advises boards of directors in corporate governance and liability issues and works with litigation teams defending officers and directors. Quinlivan uses his deep background in law, finance, accounting and project management to complete his clients' most important and challenging assignments.
