Five Attorneys from Stinson's DC Office Recognized by Super Lawyers in 2023 Top Lists

Partners Marc Albert and Darrell Clark are recognized as 2023 Super Lawyers in the Bankruptcy: Business practice area, and Partners Harvey Reiter and Jonathan Schneider are recognized as 2023 Super Lawyers in the Energy & Resources practice area. Albert's deep experience as an operating trustee for Chapter 7 and 11 cases, as well as his work as litigation counsel for the Tax Division of the Department of Justice, make him a uniquely qualified and trusted advisor for clients in bankruptcy and state and federal tax matters. Clark is a seasoned practitioner experienced in business reorganization. He has extensive experience in highly regulated industries, such as telecommunications, oil and gas and health care law. Clark assists debtors, creditors, lenders, borrowers and financial trustees, and regularly represents banks and Fortune 100 companies as creditors in Chapter 11 cases across the country.

Cox enjoys both the intellectual challenge and the opportunity for advocacy in his work as counsel for trustees in Chapter 7 bankruptcy cases, guiding and advising as they try to maximize the value of a distressed company.

Reiter focuses his practice on competition in the electric and natural gas industries, representing clients in proceedings before FERC the Federal Communications Commission and the federal courts. He brings a wealth of knowledge to his legal counsel in litigation, appellate, transactional and other legal services, and offers regulatory and trial insights with a strong focus on antitrust and competition issues.

Schneider draws on deep experience representing clients across the spectrum of electric and natural gas regulation to provide strategic counseling and hands-on conflict management. He advises on a wide array of regulatory issues associated with electric and natural gas utility regulation, market oversight, asset purchase and sale and project development.
