Andy Davis Discusses Transgender Rights Victory in Minnesota Lawyer Profile

Partner Andy Davis was recently featured by Minnesota Lawyer in its "Breaking the Ice" section. He discussed his reasons for studying law, biggest inspirations and favorite aspects of his practice. Also highlighted is his recent victory in a landmark transgender-rights case, in which the Minnesota Court of Appeals affirmed a transgender student’s right to use a locker room that aligned with his gender identity. In the article, Andy stated that he is "proud to be part of a case where justice is served.” Andy and Stinson Partner Tim Griffin were recently honored with the 2021 Excellence Award from the Hennepin County Bar Association for this victory.
