Overview

Will’s practice includes advising clients on a range of state and federal health care programs and regulatory frameworks. He has experience reviewing and interpreting applicable state and federal statutory and regulatory schemes and administrative guidance to aid and advise clients regarding their compliance obligations, and drafting client communications on evolving state and federal health care policy.

Will additionally counsels health care clients on a broad range of issues, including formation and governance matters, scope of practice issues, complex transactions, mergers and acquisitions, professional and facility licensing matters, governance and medical staff matters.
