Vaughn McMahon

Vaughn focuses his practice on analyzing the tax implications of corporate finance matters, working with clients on a variety of transactional matters. His practice includes advising on the tax structuring of mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, securities and capital markets, and other corporate transactions.

Vaughn previously worked as a summer associate at Stinson, gaining exposure to a variety of legal matters and working with attorneys across the firm.
