Rob offers significant experience in commercial real estate transactions, commercial real estate finance, renewable energy project finance, commercial leasing, secured lending, and residential mortgage lending regulatory compliance, and is highly knowledgeable on RESPA Section 8.

Committed to pro bono work, Rob has represented clients in matters ranging from structuring and implementing a fund to inject capital into underserved neighborhoods in St. Louis, Missouri, defending indigent clients against criminal charges as part of the Missouri Coalition for the Right to Counsel, researching human rights issues, providing general counsel to nonprofits, and assisting individuals form and operate for-profit and nonprofit businesses.
