A strategic and aggressive litigator, Rhonda works with clients to assess risk early and determine the best path forward – whether through early resolution or trial, when needed. She has represented employers in a wide range of employment matters and regularly advises on internal investigations involving harassment and discrimination. Her litigation experience includes defending employers in claims related to discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and other workplace disputes.

Rhonda brings more than 30 years of experience advising and defending employers in all areas of employment law. She represents financial institutions and private companies in federal and state matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour claims, as well as in administrative proceedings before the EEOC and California Civil Rights Department.
