Rebecca L. Favre

Becca assists in providing litigation services for various matters, including employment, commercial, real estate, and construction law. She collaborates with the firm's attorneys to develop effective litigation strategies to meet the needs of clients.

Becca has experience assisting in all stages of litigation and is skilled in written advocacy. Her work spans from initial fact gathering and analysis of potential claims, drafting initial pleadings, supporting discovery through detailed analysis of document productions, and drafting, responding to, and arguing dispositive motions. 

Becca also has experience working with property owners to resolve property tax appeals.

In addition to her litigation practice, Becca maintains a pro bono practice focused on housing-related matters, including eviction defense and other landlord-tenant disputes.
