Rachel's practice encompasses all stages of litigation, including client intake and investigation, client counseling and settlement negotiations.

Her experience includes representing clients in consumer protection matters, including private and subsidized landlord-tenant disputes, eviction defenses, notices to vacate, housing conditions, discrimination and other housing matters in administrative and judicial forums.

Rachel is skilled in legal research, fact investigation, inter-professional collaboration, and written and oral advocacy.

Prior to joining the firm as an associate, Rachel was a staff attorney at Legal Aid of Western Missouri.
