Overview
Polina brings experience supporting complex litigation matters at all stages. She has assisted on significant commercial disputes in federal and state courts, working on initial case assessment through discovery, motion practice, and resolution. Her experience includes multi-million-dollar contract and business tort matters, appellate briefing and oral argument before the Delaware Supreme Court en banc, and contested trial court motions and post-judgment proceedings.
During law school, Polina served as a student attorney in the SMU Dedman School of Law Criminal Clinic and as a judicial extern to the Honorable Terry R. Means in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas.
Polina is fluent in Russian and Ukrainian and proficient in Spanish.
