Paul V. Renyer

Paul assists clients on corporate finance and M&A matters from initial diligence through closing. His practice focuses on supporting negotiated transactions, coordinating deal mechanics, and translating complex issues into clear next steps for clients. He has worked on transactions across a range of industries, including aerospace manufacturing, biochemicals, food and beverage, insurance and energy.

Paul's approach is shaped by his prior service as a U.S. Army platoon leader, where he led two scout platoons and gained experience managing time-sensitive decisions in high-pressure environments.
