Overview
Nicole focuses her practice on business litigation, representing clients in complex commercial disputes in New York state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration. She handles a wide array of matters, including business torts, contract disputes, securities-related litigation, and bankruptcy proceedings. Nicole has experience navigating multi-jurisdictional issues and regularly practices pro hac vice in other jurisdictions across the country.
Nicole assists clients throughout all phases of litigation, including researching and briefing complex legal issues and managing discovery in disputes with significant amounts in controversy. While always prepared to litigate, she focuses on developing and implementing strategies to manage clients' overall risk appetite.
Prior to joining Stinson, Nicole served as a judicial law clerk for the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division, where she assisted in drafting legal memoranda and judicial opinions on criminal, civil, and administrative matters.
