Nick excels in understanding complex financial structures and assisting clients with real estate transactions. He analyzes financial data and pays close attention to detail to identify and solve issues creatively.
Prior to joining the firm, Nick worked as an indirect tax associate at a multinational professional services company where he gained significant experience in tax law, corporate restructuring, and statutory and discretionary tax incentives. Additionally, Nick gained a diverse range of internship experience working as a data practicum intern at a credit union, a judicial extern for the Honorable John M. Bodenhausen of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, and a constituent services intern at the office of U.S. Senator Roy Blunt.
