Nathan J. Isom

Nathan has a wide-ranging energy and environmental practice, applying his technical background and industry experience to regulatory, compliance, and transactional matters.

As part of his energy practice, Nathan assists clients with the drafting of natural gas contracts for environmental attributes. He also has experience in the regulatory and energy infrastructure sectors, working with attorneys across the firm on matters involving U.S. Customs and Border Protection, proceedings before state public service commissions, and negotiations of construction and engineering services contracts.

Prior to law school, Nathan worked as a mechanical engineering consultant and is a licensed professional engineer in Kansas. This background enhances his ability to understand complex technical issues in energy and environmental matters.
