Overview
With a national practice, she works closely with banks, financial institutions, equity investors, and community development entities on projects involving federal and state tax credits, including low-income housing, new markets, and historic rehabilitation tax credits. On the commercial side, she supports clients through complex tax credit and real estate matters including the acquisition, development and financing of industrial, commercial and multi-family residential properties.
Natalie’s approach is collaborative and solution-oriented. She seeks to understand each client’s unique goals and balances legal, business and community considerations to deliver results that support both organizational success and broader community impact.
