Overview
Max is an associate in the firm's business litigation group, where he represents clients in a range of commercial disputes, including class action litigation. His work focuses on protecting the interests of businesses throughout all stages of litigation, with experience managing discovery, drafting motions and pleadings, and advocating in state and federal court to advance clients' strategic objectives. Max brings experience defending depositions and preparing clients for testimony at the trial-court level. He has also supported clients through state and federal appellate proceedings.
During law school, Max gained litigation experience through multiple clinics as well as through an internship with the U.S. Department of Commerce's Office of Civil Rights in Washington, DC.
