Overview

Martha gained experience as a legal intern at a large tax firm, investigating and composing memoranda on federal and state tax issues. She also prepared terms and conditions for tax-related software and assisted attorneys in decision making for internal business matters.

Martha has also conducted extensive research for matters across industries, including motions and bills of review, real estate settlements and landlord/tenant disputes, family law cases, and non-disclosure agreements.
