Mark's practice is an effective combination of commercial real estate and business litigation matters.

Mark's background in journalism and political science gives him a unique perspective to his client representation, and is the foundation for his legal research and drafting of filings, memos and briefs.

Prior to joining the firm, Mark served two terms as a judicial law clerk at the Minnesota Court of Appeals, which has equipped him with valuable legal research and writing skills, a practical knowledge of diverse legal issues, and fully immersed him into all stages of the litigation process.
