Madison focuses her practice on structured finance and securitizations, representing servicers, financial institutions, and investors across a broad range of asset classes. Her experience spans commercial mortgage-backed securities, single-family rental and single-asset single-borrower securitizations, asset-backed securities, receivables securitizations, repurchase facilities, and other loan servicing arrangements. She regularly advises on the full suite of transaction documents, including offering documents, servicing agreements, loan agreements, cash management agreements, servicing rights appointment agreements, mortgage loan purchase agreements, co-lender agreements, and related ancillary agreements and deliverables. Madison serves as a trusted counsel and principal point of contact to clients on their most significant transactions, guiding matters from initial structuring through closing. Madison has advised on securitization transactions representing more than $100 billion in issuances.
Master servicers, special servicers, and primary servicers rely on Madison as a consistent, long-term resource for their recurring and complex matters, valuing her deep familiarity with the commercial mortgage backed securities and servicing markets. Drawing on her prior experience as an internal bank auditor, Madison brings a practical understanding of financial institutions, regulatory frameworks, and risk management to her work.
