Having gained experience as an internal bank auditor, Madison is able to assist on a variety of corporate finance issues. Focusing her practice on structured finance and securitization, Madison has represented master servicers and special servicers in connection with both public and private commercial mortgage-backed securities transactions. She has been involved with many business and finance matters, such as completing research and analysis on international corporate compliance, assisting with real estate transactions, drafting documents related to patents and trademarks, and collaborating across divisions to provide complete support for clients.
