She frequently counsels individuals and families to create and modify estate plans, drafts and negotiates prenuptial agreements and advises on tax planning and charitable giving.
Prior to joining the firm, Lindsey practiced family law in Chicago, focusing on matters related to divorce, adoptions and prenuptial agreements. She is a qualified mediator, having completed extensive training in divorce mediation at Northwestern University.
