Laura Reyes Raines

Laura assists in counseling clients through a range of employment law matters, including compliance with federal and state anti-discrimination laws, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and the Fair Labor Standards Act.

She assists in preparing and reviewing employment agreements, employee handbooks, and workplace policies. Laura also assists in representing clients before the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and state administrative agencies. In addition, she supports traditional labor matters, including arbitration and settlement agreements.

Prior to joining the firm, Laura served as a corporate extern for an online automotive marketplace and as a judicial extern for the Honorable Christian M. Sande of the 4th Judicial District of Minnesota.

Laura maintains a pro bono practice focused on immigration matters, including petitions for various forms of asylum, and habeas corpus petitions.
