Overview
Larry focuses his practice on commercial and industrial real estate financing, sales, and leasing. He has extensive experience negotiating, documenting, and closing construction and mortgage loans for lenders, developers, investors, owner-users, and tenants. He also represents clients in the purchase, sale, and lease of commercial and industrial properties, and advises financial institutions on restructuring troubled loans and pursuing creditor remedies.
Larry has represented developers and sellers of industrial and office parks, high rise office buildings and multi-building corporate campuses; landlords and tenants in free-standing and multi-tenant office, industrial, commercial and shopping center retail settings; banks and other lenders providing construction and mortgage financing in the automotive industry; owners/operators of private schools in purchase, construction and leasing of educational facilities and the leasing and real estate purchase and sale needs of portfolio companies of a major private equity firm.
Larry previously served as general counsel for major real estate and transportation companies, where he oversaw legal matters related to industrial and commercial development, sales, leasing and regulatory proceedings across multiple states.
