As a litigator, Kevin assists clients in navigating through disputes and legal issues in the area of business and commercial litigation, bankruptcy, and creditors’ rights.

Overview

Kevin works to understand how litigation can affect the overall operations of the company for his clients. His practice includes equipment-lease disputes, creditor representation, and complex litigation. He recently helped a client obtain a judgment for over $11 million in a foreclosure matter. His litigation experience lends itself to counseling clients to mitigate clients’ exposure and avoid future litigation.

He shares the firm’s commitment to giving back to the community by providing pro bono legal services. Kevin advocates for residential tenants in the courtroom through the firm’s Eviction Representation Project. He also successfully argued in front of a court of appeals to reverse a lower court’s decision, and he continues to help clients with expungement motions, negotiating settlements, and avoiding evictions.
