Overview
Kendall assists clients on both straightforward and complex transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance. He has assisted on a broad range of transactions, including the closing of a $100 million sale of more than 100 restaurant locations and associated fee properties, and a $60 million private equity acquisition of a regional business concept. In addition, he has supported the negotiation and closing of numerous multi-unit transactions across local and national markets. He also has experience in assisting privately held companies in business formation and succession planning, and has assisted on transaction teams advising on private placements under Regulation D.
