Overview

Justin's focused on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, business succession planning and estate planning. He regularly advises business owners, management and in-house counsel on all aspects of business formation, mergers and acquisitions and purchases and sales of their businesses. He additionally provides guidance on day-to-day legal issues including corporate governance, shareholder relationships, negotiating and drafting agreements, and other general corporate matters.

Experience

Justin regularly serves clients in the marketing consulting, technology and auto and truck industries. He also counsels startup businesses through all stages of formation and growth.

He has helped multi-generational families and the owners of privately held businesses develop their own personal estate plans as well as broader business succession and exit planning strategies. He strives to meet the business and personal goals of the owners and family while minimizing transfer taxes, business disruption and family discord.

Before attending law school, he earned a degree in finance and spent time working in his family’s business.
