Overview
Josh brings a measured approach to business litigation, drawing on strong legal analysis and an ability to evaluate complex issues from multiple perspectives. He works to develop clear, well-supported arguments while keeping clients' goals at the center of his work.
He previously served as a summer associate at Stinson, where he researched statutory, administrative, and case law issues and assisted with matters involving trade secrets, breach of contract and other business disputes. His experience drafting motions, evaluating legal arguments and supporting pro bono matters has strengthened his ability to analyze disputes and develop effective arguments.
