Joseph A. Saleh

Joe's practice focuses on business and intellectual property litigation, with experience representing clients in complex disputes in both federal and state courts. His work includes matters involving trademarks, patents, and commercial disputes. Joe regularly supports all phases of litigation, including legal research, motion practice, discovery, case strategy, and dispute resolution.

Joe has experience handling patent litigation, trademark enforcement and brand protection matters, including cease-and-desist disputes, advertising-related issues, and technology-focused litigation. He also regularly contributes to cross-office teams handling multi-jurisdictional matters and has experience litigating in various jurisdictions across the country.

Before focusing primarily on litigation matters, Joe worked on advising clients on transactional and business matters involving investment funds, real estate acquisitions, corporate transactions and broader business litigation matters involving corporate and real estate clients. During law school, he served as a law clerk with the Los Angeles County Public Defender’s Office.
