Overview
Jordan's practice focuses on working with commercial lenders of all sizes on commercial real estate and industrial loans, revolving lines of credit, deposit accounts, regulatory matters, and lender fees. On the regulatory side, she has assisted clients on matters involving consumer disclosures, NSF fees, finance charges, usury laws and applicable state licensing and registration requirements.
