Jack is dedicated to assisting clients with their employment-based immigration issues.

Overview

Jack focuses his practice on representing clients across a variety of industries with their immigration matters. He understands the importance of complying with immigration regulations, providing a tailored approach, and takes into consideration business goals when developing solutions to legal challenges in the immigration arena.

Jack regularly assists corporations and individuals with employment-based immigration filings for both nonimmigrant visa and immigrant visa processes. He also advises on corporate immigration strategies.

Prior to joining Stinson, Jack worked for a boutique law firm that specializes in immigration. He assisted with both family and humanitarian-based immigration relief. Jack's experience also includes representing individuals in removal proceedings before the Executive Office of Immigration Review and in interviews before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. Jack is fluent in Spanish.
