He brings experience in navigating complex strategic acquisitions, investment company services, and managing multi-million-dollar financing transactions. He also holds a comprehensive understanding of regulatory compliance on federal, state and municipal levels.
During law school, Jonathan gained a well-rounded foundation in law working as a litigation group extern at a Colorado law firm and as a child advocacy program extern with the Rocky Mountain Children's Law Center.
