Jessica uses her exceptional knowledge and passion for litigation to assist clients with complex commercial matters.
Clients trust Jessica to guide them to comprehensive solutions for a multitude of business and commercial litigation matters. Jessica's litigation experience spans from preparing pleadings, motions, and appellate briefs to taking and defending depositions, arguing motions, and negotiating property tax appeals.
Jessica also has experience drafting varied legal documents including residential and commercial real estate contracts, asset purchase agreements, partnership agreements, architect and construction management agreements, among others.
Prior to joining Stinson, Jessica represented municipalities and school districts in Illinois in construction law, commercial transactions, real estate, property taxation and assessment appeals, and personal injury cases. She has counseled clients and resolved disputes regarding construction defects, project delays and disputes, and performance issues with architects and contractors. Jessica also has experience representing municipalities, school districts, developers, and private entities in commercial real estate transactions and banking institutions in foreclosure actions and civil title issues.
When not working, Jessica likes hiking, biking, and enjoying the outdoors.
