Secured multimillion-dollar arbitration award on behalf of limited partner clients for breach of fiduciary duties by the managing partner after a trial before a three-judge panel.

Secured an eight-figure judgment on behalf of client, a shale gas investor, for fraud and breach of contract after a bankruptcy court bench trial.

Secured a favorable settlement at mediation for an individual client for breach of a deed of trust agreement and for professional malpractice, resulting in the recovery of the client’s inheritance.

On the eve of trial, secured for the owner of an electric power plant a favorable settlement for breach of a long-term lignite mine contract.

Obtained numerous favorable appellate and summary judgement decisions for issues ranging from investor fraud, the Federal Torts Claims Act, covenants not to compete, and insurance disputes.

Obtained a trial court order granting sanctions for judgment debtor’s temporary incarceration after repeatedly violating orders related to payment of the judgment.
