Secured an eight-figure judgment on behalf of client, a shale gas investor, for fraud and breach of contract after a bankruptcy court bench trial.
Secured a favorable settlement at mediation for an individual client for breach of a deed of trust agreement and for professional malpractice, resulting in the recovery of the client’s inheritance.
On the eve of trial, secured for the owner of an electric power plant a favorable settlement for breach of a long-term lignite mine contract.
Obtained numerous favorable appellate and summary judgement decisions for issues ranging from investor fraud, the Federal Torts Claims Act, covenants not to compete, and insurance disputes.
