Jack assists clients with corporate finance matters, supporting a range of transactional and financing matters.

During law school, Jack gained valuable legal experience as a summer associate at the firm. He also worked as a summer associate at a law firm in Taiwan, where he conducted legal research for clients involving Taiwan, U.S. and international law.
