Overview
Hannah focuses her practice on business litigation, assisting clients with a range of disputes and related matters in state and federal courts. She supports clients throughout all stages of litigation, including developing case strategy, preparing pleadings and dispositive motions, managing discovery and briefing appellate matters. Her experience spans a variety of commercial disputes, including matters involving business relationships, contractual issues and other complex legal claims.
Hannah served as a judicial extern to the Honorable William H. Orrick III of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California. In that role, she prepared bench memoranda and draft orders on a range of civil and criminal matters, including motions to dismiss, motions for summary judgment, evidentiary motions and matters involving arbitration.
