Overview
Gabriella assists clients with a range of real estate, public finance and tax credit matters. She approaches client matters with a strong foundation in legal research, financial analysis and careful attention to detail.
Before joining the firm, Gabriella developed experience in tax law through legal clerkships, where she researched federal tax laws and regulations, drafted memoranda and briefs and assisted with tax controversy matters, including preparing a petition filed in the U.S. Tax Court. As a judicial intern with the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, she conducted legal research and drafted bench memoranda in both civil and criminal cases. Additionally, she strengthened her financial acumen while serving as a financial analyst intern.
