Overview
Gabe brings experience assisting with a wide range of complex litigation matters, including commercial, municipal, construction and employment-discrimination disputes. His work includes serving as trial counsel in a federal bench trial that secured the return of a child abducted to the United States for four years. He also has experience in corporate and securities transactions and litigation from his time as an enforcement attorney with the Texas State Securities Board.
While in law school, Gabe interned for the Honorable Evelyn J. Furse at the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah and later served as an honors intern with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. He also performed clinic work for the United Nations as a legal research advisor where he authored several reports regarding the underlying causes of global wage differentials between migrant and national workers.
Gabe is fluent in Spanish.
