G. Dewey Warner

With rigor and an eye for detail, Dewey assists employers of various sizes and industries on a wide range of labor and employment matters. He advises clients on navigating myriad employment laws and regulations, including Colorado's challenging requirements, with an eye toward preventing issues from arising. He also has experience addressing thorny labor matters in unionized work environments.

Dewey frequently handles disputes that progress to litigation in both state and federal court. Whether tackling employment, labor, or commercial disputes, he strategically seeks favorable resolution opportunities that align with client priorities.

Dewey also contributes substantially to Stinson's pro bono efforts. He advises nonprofits on complying with employment and labor laws and represents detained asylum seekers facing deportation.

Prior to joining the firm, Dewey served as a law clerk to the Honorable Matthew D. Grove of the Colorado Court of Appeals. This experience with a wide array of legal issues and perspective into effective trial and appellate advocacy inform his approach as a practitioner.
