Overview

Desiree counsels clients on environmental, transportation, mining, and various types of energy and administration matters.

She gained extensive research and analysis experience for cases on appeal during her clerkship with the Minnesota Court of Appeals, and she frequently assisted the judge in preparing opinions on behalf of the court. Desiree also gained valuable experience clerking for the Ramsey County District Court, for three years during law school, where she assisted the judge in courtroom proceedings concerning family law, child protection, juvenile delinquency, and criminal law.

Prior to joining Stinson as an associate, Desiree worked at the firm as a summer associate, where she worked on bankruptcy and labor and employment matters, and assisted with pro bono matters relating to immigration and family law.
