Overview

Daniel is a dedicated advocate who leverages his analytical skills and diverse legal experience to help employers reach forward-looking, business-centric solutions to an ever-evolving employment landscape.

He honed his ability to research, analyze complex legal issues, and draft persuasive opinions through a clerkship with the Colorado Court of Appeals. Before joining Stinson, Daniel gained experience navigating intricate legal frameworks involving employment discrimination through an externship with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

Daniel’s practice relies on his technical legal background to assist clients in navigating the complex labor and employment landscape. He has advised clients on creative and pragmatic solutions to ensure production continues despite ongoing labor disputes; defended against Equal Employment Opportunity Commission discrimination charges; assisted clients in revising their incentive-based compensation structure to comply with changing state laws; defended against Title VII, ADA, FMLA and ADEA claims in federal court; and assisted in prosecuting trade secret and non-solicitation claims against former employees. This variety of experience helps him quickly identify, understand and address a business’s unique personnel needs.
