Daniel Foose

Daniel focuses his practice on assisting clients with various business litigation matters. He brings experience working as a law clerk for a major agribusiness company where he assisted general counsel in reviewing company contracts and researching corporate governance issues.

Prior to joining the firm, Daniel worked as a summer associate at Stinson where he gained experience researching issues related to punitive damages in Missouri.
