DT's experience includes high-stakes trials and arbitrations, bankruptcy-related litigation, and matters involving consumer protection, product liability, and other statutory and commercial claims. She regularly conducts legal and factual analysis, develops litigation strategy, manages discovery and depositions, and drafts and argues dispositive and pretrial motions. DT brings a practical, business-focused approach to complex disputes and works closely with clients to develop strategies that address both legal risk and broader business objectives.

Second-chaired a high-stakes trial involving complex statutory claims and regulatory issues affecting consumer-facing business operations, resulting in a complete defense verdict and elimination of tens of millions of dollars in potential exposure.

Represented a Fortune 500 technology and streaming company in arbitration involving employment and statutory claims, advising on regulatory compliance, corporate risk exposure and operational practices.

Advises technology companies on litigation and regulatory matters involving consumer protection, financial services and evolving statutory frameworks, including analyzing potential exposure and developing strategies to mitigate business risk.

Represented a corporate parent company in connection with a subsidiary's Chapter 7 bankruptcy proceeding, analyzing potential litigation exposure, financial liability risks, creditor claims and issues involving corporate structure and separateness.
